I needed two products MSC Direct had
I needed two products MSC Direct had. Ther website said it would be delivered on a Friday which was perfect as the job was for a Saturday. Needless to say it did not ship until FRIDAY! Their excuse? Covid. Thanks MSC had I known I would have bought this locally. No more MSC for me

Charged me over $16 to ship a $3 item
Charged me over $16 to ship a $3 item. Took them a month to get it here. Product arrived in poor condition. Ignored several requests to cancel the order.
